First: About us: 
We have several companies in the Valley to offer the most
comprehensive and diverse range of services and products. 
Unlike calling and getting multiple companies quoting, we handle
everything and treat clients as individuals. You'll get the same
person every time who knows your needs and can make
qualified and wise recommendations. We don't stock a lot of 
product, so we're not pushing our products on anyone. You can
even go and buy your own components and we'll do the install
for you.  With over 20 years experience in Home theater, multimedia,
automotive, marine, RV, you name it, we are confident that we
can get the job done to your specifications.  While we keep our
prices lower than most, we've had our share of celebrity clients,
and have worked in high end homes for private owners, 
companies etc.  Our focus is to educate the customer, get them
what they want for the best price, and do the install correctly.
Most of all we teach our clients how to use the components, and
are very personable and courteous.  The Master Installer doesn't
give a vague time window of when we'll be there.  We set an
appointment and keep you informed of our schedule that day.
We have a smaller base of local repeat clients that love the 
fact that they can call us for Home theater, computer repairs, 
car repairs etc. More than a handyman - we're professionals
who are working hard to keep prices low for today's economy.

I already have a TV, can I just add a surround
sound system?
Yes, you can get something really nice for around
$400 installed.

I need a TV and a Sound System, how much
can I expect to spend?
For around $1,000 installed, you can have a 
great system. Call with your specific needs.

My system was installed by someone else and I can't get
the sound levels right! This is frustrating, can you help?
Yes, we can tune your system to the correct acousics
for the size room and type of components. Tuning
can make even a less expensive system sound wonderful!

Do I need to fill my house with speakers
and amps? I don't want a big mess!
No, just a basic theater system in the room
you will be watching TV in. Speakers can be hidden
flush into your walls so it doesn't ruin the beauty
and integrity of your home design.  

Do you do hidden speakers? Can you paint them
to match my walls? 
Absolutely.  If you have the paint color we'll
spray them to blend perfectly.  If you have a 
previously faux finished wall, we have an artist
with 20yrs experience on-call to custom mix

Can I get a motorized screen custom built into
furniture?
Yes, we have sources that custom build furniture or
we can modify an already existing piece. Your TV screen
will rise up out of a table at the press of a button, then can lower
back down. It can also turn so you can view it from different
angles of the room.
Also available, flip down screens with wood or
faux backing so they match your ceiling when they
are not in use.
Kitchen flip down screens, screens for bathroom,
workout rooms.

My wiring is terrible and I want it hidden. Can you
get us the proper wall terminals?
Yes, there are many kinds and we'll be glad to 
re-do existing wiring.
Here's an example of bad and good wiring. The before picture is
a mess! Not safe or easy to deal with if repairs are needed. 
The photo on the right shows our style of wiring. We use 
the correct housing, terminals etc. Do we charge more for this?
Nope. This is how we're trained to do the job.

In wall speakers recessed flush right into wall. Neat and clean.








Can you get those weatherproof outdoor speakers
that look like rocks?
Yes, we can integrate them into your outdoor theme,
even faux finishing them if they don't match. We can
also get marine grade speakers for the outdoors
that are very weather resistant. Our gallery shows an example.

I need a stereo on my boat!
Look no further. We've done plenty of marine vehicles
and can also assist with any mechanical problems
while we're at it. Plenty of great sound systems
and speakers to choose from.

Can you install state-of-the-art multimedia on my RV?
Yes absolutely. You can take all the high tech

What kind of systems do most people have?
Plasma TV with surround sound that integrates
into a traditional type living room. We can also do 
actual home theaters with projectors and screens
complete with theater seating, dimmer lights, 
movie signs - whatever you like. Flip down plasmas
are nice when you don't want a big black screen
looking intrusive. People in this area can enjoy
outdoor patios year round, and many opt for a plasma
to be mounted near hot tubs and outdoor seating areas.

Why don't you have a storefront?
To keep overhead down so that we can afford to offer customers the 
best prices on service and quality components. So many of our
customers order a diverse range of equipment, that it would be 
impossible to stock everything in one place. We are professional dealers
for a wide variety of products that we pick up from a warehouse right
here in the valley.  Low overhead for us, means we can be competitive.
The Master Installer doesn't cheat on quality of installs, and if we do 
the job, you know it's done safely, to code, it's neat and will function
as promised.  You're not dealing with multiple salesmen looking 
for commissions, just one installer who is diverse and well educated
and experienced in all forms of multimedia.
